  • Following an aggressive marketing campaign, we were able to first sell Apt G20D (the 1-bedroom) $25,000 above the asking price, fetching a record $1,531 per SF for a 1-bedroom in the building.
  • We also secured a fully-executed contract, cash offer, at $2,700,000 for Apt #G20E (the 3-bedroom), getting the highest price per SF in the history of the building.
