Francis Russo is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the Manhattan and Portland, Oregon real estate markets. Previously, Francis accumulated diverse expertise working across a broad array of property types, classifications and price points ranging from condos, co-ops, townhouses and single-family homes to development sites. He has represented buyers, sellers and developers as former owner of a brokerage and founder of a project marketing and consulting group that launched and sold innovative, design orientated developments. Francis's impressive background has encompassed real estate sales, development, product management, development planning, market research and consulting from concept to completion for leading projects. He has transacted over 365 sales and in addition he has worked with development groups that brought over 332 condominiums to the market including two high-rise buildings that achieved LEED ratings. Francis consulted with numerous others bringing additional inventory to the market. Additionally, he served as marketing and creative director for a development group on an award-winning mixed-use high-rise with the third LEED platinum rating in the country. Prior to entering real estate, Francis worked in apparel product creation in technical design, development and project management at Nike for six years in numerous roles, from MJ's Brand Jordan to ACG, their outdoor division. He also held various positions at a major global snowboard brand in marketing, R&D and as national sales manager. Francis has completed a certificate in Real Estate Development from NYU and his commitment to real estate involves a long-term vision of development on design oriented housing projects.
